What do you If your hamsters leg is swollen?

If your hamster's leg is swollen, you should take it to the vet as soon as possible. A swollen leg can be a sign of a serious underlying medical condition, such as an injury, infection, or tumor. The vet will be able to diagnose the cause of the swelling and recommend the best course of treatment.

1. Keep the hamster in a quiet, stress-free environment.

2. Provide fresh water and food.

3. Avoid handling the hamster unnecessarily.

5. Monitor the swelling and if it does not improve or worsens within 24 hours, take your hamster back to the vet.
