What is a flower dragon?

Flower Dragons is the name of a group of mythical creatures from the popular anime series "Fairy Tail". They consist of three members: Tulius, Nelles, and Lilika. Tulius takes on the form of a blue humanoid with a plant crown and red hair. Nelles looks like a blue-haired girl with plant wings. Lilika takes the form of a large pink plant with yellow eyes and a smiling flower face. In other words, they are a fictional plant-human hybrid species in a fantasy anime series.
