1. Incisors: Located at the front of the upper and lower jaws, these teeth are chisel-shaped and adapted for cutting and gnawing. Rabbits have two upper and two lower incisors.
2. Premolars: These teeth are located behind the incisors, and rabbits only have them on their upper jaws. They typically have one premolar on each side of the upper jaw.
3. Molars: Located at the back of the jaws, molars are larger and flatter than incisors and premolars. They are used for grinding and chewing. Rabbits have three molars on each side of the upper jaw and two molars on each side of the lower jaw.
4. Peg teeth: These small, rudimentary teeth are located between the incisors and premolars on the upper jaw. Rabbits usually have two pairs of peg teeth.
