Here's why:
* Diet: Wolverines are opportunistic carnivores, meaning they eat whatever is available. They primarily prey on larger animals like deer, moose, and caribou, but they'll also scavenge carrion and eat smaller animals like rabbits, squirrels, and birds.
* Size and Strength: Wolverines are powerful predators despite their relatively small size. They have sharp claws and teeth, and are very aggressive. A bunny would stand little chance against a wolverine.
While wolverines are not known to specifically target rabbits as their main prey, they definitely wouldn't hesitate to make a bunny a meal if the opportunity arose.
