How to Make Peanut Butter Bunny Food

Rabbits need a variety of nutrients to be at their healthiest. Peanut butter is not at the top of the list of recommended foods to feed your rabbit; in fact, too much fatty foods can actually harm your rabbit. However, a little bit of peanut butter mixed with healthier food and given in moderation won't hurt your rabbit in the long run.

  • Wooden craft stick
  • Tablespoon
  • Knife
  • Peanut butter
  • Celery
  • Baby carrots

Instructions

      Break a wooden craft stick in half.

      Cover one side of the stick with 1 tbsp. of peanut butter.

      Cut up half a stick of fresh celery and a few baby carrots into 1-inch pieces.

      Place the pieces of celery and carrot onto the peanut butter.

      Drip 1 tbsp. water over the vegetables to provide extra hydration for your rabbit.

      Serve the peanut butter snack to your rabbit.
