Instructions
Cut your four walls from a roll of chicken wire using wire cutters. Walls across from each other must be the same size. After cutting the first wall, overlay the cut portion on the chicken wire. Cut around the wall to make the second wall the same size.
Measure the roof so that it is as long as the back wall and as wide as the side walls. For example, if the back wall is 2-feet high and 4-feet long, and the side wall is 2-feet high and 2-feet long, the roof must be 4-feet long and 2-feet wide.
Zip tie the corners of each wall together on a piece of PVC pipe. For example, at the corner where the back wall and side wall come together, wrap the side wall half way around the pipe and zip tie it. Overlap the back wall with the pipe and side wall, then zip tie this portion. Repeat for all corners.
Secure the roof directly to the wire of the four walls with zip ties. Place a tie every 2 to 3 inches.
Cut a door into the front wall of the wire by making two vertical incisions 6 inches apart and 6 inches high. Secure the door with zip ties.
Place the cage on a wooden surface or on the ground. Be sure the cage gets both sunlight and shade. Too much sun will kill the bunny. Too much shade in the winter may freeze it, depending on temperatures.
Stable the chicken wire to a wooden surface, 1 inch apart. Secure the chicken wire to the ground with U nails, also 1 inch apart. Fill the cage with your bunny's toys, food and water.
