Can a bunny wear collar I am worried we are going to step on him or not know where he is so the purpose have bell and put it only when running about?

It is not recommended to put a collar on a bunny. Bunnies are prey animals and can easily be injured if they get caught on something. Collars can also be uncomfortable for bunnies and may cause them to scratch or chew at them, which can lead to further injuries.

If you are concerned about stepping on your bunny or losing track of them, there are a few other things you can do. You can keep your bunny in a safe enclosure, such as a cage or pen, when you are not home. You can also try harness training your bunny so that you can take them outside on a leash. If your yard is large, you could put a bell to his/her cage when he/she’s outside.

If you do decide to put a collar on your bunny, make sure it is a breakaway collar that will easily come off if it gets caught on something. You should also check the collar regularly to make sure it is not too tight or too loose.
