If you observe flies near a rabbit or on a rabbit it probably needs emergency medical care and could be suffering from several conditions that only a licensed medical doctor such as a veterinarian should treat.
Some possibilities include severe stress that can be associated with fly strikes (maggots), open wounds such as cuts or abscesses.
