At what age can a baby rabbit be handled by humans?
Rabbits should not be handled during the first two weeks of their lives. In most cases, it's okay to begin limited social and physical touch when a baby rabbit reaches four weeks of age. They must always be handled gently and for only short periods during the first few weeks. By six to eight weeks old (with the correct introduction), rabbits are less fragile physically and psychologically and generally enjoy human interaction and touch.
