While there isn't a scene where a rat falls into a toilet, there is a scene where Remy, the main character, is almost flushed down a toilet. He's in a bag of garbage being carried to the trash, and the bag is placed next to a toilet. He then escapes the bag and climbs into the toilet bowl, narrowly avoiding being flushed away!
