      Measure the depth and height of the cage with the tape measure. Use the tape measure to determine the cage divider's size. Mark the correct dimensions on the plexiglass sheet with a pencil.

      Place the plexiglass sheet on the table saw. Attach the saw blade that best suits the thickness of the plexiglass to the saw. Thinner sheets of the material can melt or chip when sawing. .

      Put on goggles before you operate the table saw to protect your eyes from any chips that may fly. Start sawing the plexiglass sheet. Use even pressure to avoid chipping. Keep your hands away from the saw blade. Smooth the edges of the cut plexiglass with sandpaper. This will flatten any rough edges that may be created by the sawing process. Place the divider in the cage, ensuring it fits tightly for stability.
