What is a micropachycephalosaurus?
Micropacchycephalosaurus is a genus of herbivorous pachycephalosaurid dinosaur. It lived during the Late Cretaceous period, about 77 to 75 million years ago. Its fossils were found in the San Juan Basin of New Mexico, United States. Micropacchycephalosaurus was one of the smallest known pachycephalosaurids, measuring only about 60 centimetres (24 in) long and weighing around 5 kilograms (11 lb). It had a thick, rounded skull and a long tail. Micropacchycephalosaurus is thought to have been a ground-dwelling dinosaur that used its thick skull to defend itself from predators.
