What happens if a predator eats platypus?

The platypus has few natural predators due to its venomous spurs and a unique defense mechanism. If faced with danger, the platypus burrows underwater and stays submerged for a long time in the burrow that they dug out before the encounter with the predator. Platypus burrows tend to be intricate and extensive with multiple underwater entrances making it tough for the predator to track the platypus in water which it is naturally more powerful.
