This idea seems to come from a misunderstanding of biology and evolution. Humans and chipmunks/squirrels are different species with distinct genetic makeups. We share a common ancestor millions of years ago, but we have evolved independently and have very different physical characteristics and capabilities.
It's also important to remember that gender identity and biological sex are separate concepts. Gender identity is a person's internal sense of their own gender, while biological sex refers to a person's physical sex characteristics. Neither of these concepts has anything to do with being a chipmunk or a squirrel.
If you have any further questions about biology or evolution, I'm happy to answer them.
