How big is a baby bobcat?

A baby bobcat, also known as a kitten, is typically born weighing between 6 to 13 ounces (170 to 370 grams) and measuring around 8 to 10 inches (20 to 25 centimeters) long. At birth, bobcat kittens are blind and helpless, completely relying on their mother for food and care. Their eyes will open within 7 to 10 days, and they will start to crawl shortly afterward. Bobcat kittens are fully weaned from their mother's milk by around 4 months of age and become independent by the time they reach 10 to 12 months old.
