What is a small white rodent that looks like mink?

The small white rodent that looks similar to a mink is most likely an ermine. Ermine are small carnivorous mammals belonging to the weasel family. They are known for their white winter coat, which provides excellent camouflage in snowy environments. Ermines have a long, slender body with a bushy tail and typically measure between 15 to 35 centimeters in length, excluding the tail. They have sharp teeth and claws, and like minks, they are agile predators.
