1. Complete the Chaos Saga until the "Shadows Over Lore" quest. That means you need to clear:
- Chaos Finale: Return of a Threat!
- The Chaos Finale: Wrath of the Destroyer!
- Dragon SoulSaga finale: Darkness Rising
- Shadows Over Lore
2. Farm for the Crag and Bamboo Forest quests to drop during daily events.
3. Go to Battleon, go left until you reach the Yokai Village and enter the Dark Forest.
4. Continue through the forest and you will encounter Cole.
5. Accept the quest he offers you and help him find his way back to the village.
6. Once you finish the quest, you will be given the Cole Pet.
Note:
- Cole pet can equip weapons to enhance his attacks but cannot wear armors.
- Cole will leave and hide somewhere else in the game if you use another pet, but you can get him back by talking to the NPC again.
